They charge you over £200 call out charge and leave the heaters in same condition and still not working saying it is too cold outside for them to work. When would you expect your heaters to work if not when cold outside? They are also unable to service or refill the gas on their own equipment? What sell products you cannot then service yourselves? Will never buy their products again. I would actually give no stars if I could.
