- Sandie Smith Review added: 2017.12.14★ ★ ★ ★ ★I started in August 2013 as a very overweight unfit lump, and within just a few weeks the weight was coming off, and my body was literally shrinking. After 6 months I had dropped from a size 20 to a size 12-14! Having not exercised for years I felt very nervous but Tony put me at my ease and encouraged me to push myself further than I would have thought possible. In January 2014 we started running, and despite having a month off for an operation, with his help I ran in the Great North Run in September 2014, coming in at a decent 2 hrs 30 minutes.
Tony continues to encourage and support me in my fitness and lifestyle. Best advert I ever responded to :)
