- Abbie Rollason Review added: 2018.04.26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Every time I ring up the receptionists are extremely rude, asking for your symptoms but then continuing to speak over you when they decide they have heard enough. This is once you can even get through to them, sometimes Iv rang 20 times in a row and the line constantly says busy rather than going through to someone. Can never get an appointment and they feel they can decide how bad your symptoms are and give you an appointment for the following week even if you feel it’s urgent. How has a receptionist got the right to tell you that how you’re feeling isn’t bad enough to see a doctor? Definitely would not recommend.
