My phone was supposed to arrive on Saturday (it didn't) but that was understandable and not their fault.
I was told that it would arrive on the Monday and i informed staff i would not be here for the month as i work away... not an issue they informed me that a friend would be able to pick it up.
My friend tried and was told that they needed a signature and that they cannot pick up my phone even though i spent about 10 minutes setting up security questions with staff at Carphone Warehouse to organise a collection by a friend.
I tried ringing the store, no answer and when my friend tried to get them to call me... they replied take it up with customer services.
So basically ultimate fobbing off...
