- Gold Seeker Review added: 2018.01.01★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not under any circumstances hire a car from these clowns. First I asked for a large estate to be told despite their massive fleet all they have is a focus hatchback??? The car had a faulty stereo which kept switching off. They then provided me with a Hyundai which was petrol, I requested a diesel due to me doing high mileage to be told 'we can guarantee fuel type'???? I tried for 2 days to get the car changed to a diesel and all my complaints, pleads & requests got me no where. I ended cancelling the lease and went to Enterprise car who had a large diesel estate to my home address within 2 hours. If could give Avis Worcester no stars I would. Their attitude and customer service is terrible They are a absolute joke!
